Technician
Qualifications:
- Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Maintenance
- Possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license)
- Single / Unmarried
- Maximum age 25 years old
Requirements:
- Understand wiring diagrams
- Able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical machines
- Understand basic PLC
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Drafter
Qualifications:
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) / Senior High School (SLTA) graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Drafter / Mechanical Design in designing dies, fixtures, and jigs is preferred
- Skilled in using drawing software such as SolidWorks or similar
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Possess a valid driving license
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Create 2D & 3D mechanical working drawings based on design specifications and industry standards
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure designs can be produced effectively
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input when needed
- Revise drawings based on technical feedback.
Sales Engineering
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering
- Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Maximum age: 30 years old
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A & C)
- Strong communication skills
- Highly motivated to grow and develop professionally
Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers and expand business with existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide effective solutions tailored to their needs
- Achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure customer satisfaction
