Ultrasonic Plastic Welders
Ultrasonic plastic welders are fast and efficient machines that create a strong, clean, and hermetic seal without the use of consumables. Their advanced welding technology helps manufacturers increase recyclability, reduce packaging material and eliminate chemical adhesives and solvents. Branson’s ultrasonic
plastic welding machines are essential to the assembly of automotive products, textiles, medical devices, electronics, and many household items. Our series of benchtop, hand-held, and specialized welding systems and automation components can help you increase production without any compromise in product quality.
Branson 2000Xt Ultrasonic Welder
The 2000Xt welder accomodates basic welding in time mode and peak power mode. An optional ground detect kit facilitates cut-and-seal applications. Digital amplitude control is used to fine-tune critical applications, while digital autotune with memory provides fully-automatic tuning and stores horn frequency at the end of each weld.
Branson LPX Handheld Ultrasonic Welder
LPX systems are for handheld welding applications requiring 550 Watts or less. The LPX offers continuous, time, and energy modes, and features a rear-mounted handle for easy portability. Available in 20, 30, and 40 kHz, with power levels ranging from 150 to 550 Watts.
